Went here for a late lunch and it was delicious. We had the "Wing It" pizza and garden salad. Both delicious. They also had a large (closed off) arcade that I'm sure the kids would love. Would def. come back and eat here again.

Extremely disappointed in the pizza we ordered. I've never experienced so much fat and unchewable bits in the sausage and Canadian bacon that were two of the toppings on our pizza. Additionally, our waiter went and sat down with his idle waiter friends and I had to signal another waiter to get a beer refill. Won't be back.

Well let's just say it was one of the worst pizzas I hav ever had and the highest price I have paid for a pizza need I say more.

We were looking for a pizza restaurant that we do not have at home and stumbled onto big daddy's. We got a large pepperoni pizza and were pleased with crust meat cheese and sauce. The best part was the wings I ordered. They are marinated in wing sauce and then cooked. My wife said all the flavor of a wing without all the mess. I would rate the wings 5 and pizza 3 1/2 stars.

One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. Maybe a little overpriced but great and good service too!

Pretty good pizza! Lacking a star for slow delivery. Maybe this traffic was a factor? Delivery was free.

Pizza was good but way overpriced. Service left a lot to be desired. Expected more after reading other reviews.

So, this was the second of the Johnson family restaurants we tried. My hubby had been trying to get pizza the day before with no luck. The service was great, as at all the places. The pizza was just right for the two of us. The sauce was very tasty, and the crust was not burnt, but quite good. Our only disappointment is that they are a Coke family, and we prefer Pepsi!

Great pizza! Staff was super friendly and very helpful with explaining the menu. We will definitely go back again next time we are in town.

Ordered carry out and the service was quick and the food was great. I highly recommend the wings! They were smaller than I expected but they are awesome. The pizza is great too. We got the Mamma Mia and we would go back to this restaurant again.

Really nice place! I told the hostess I had to catch a movie in 45 minutes and they seated me immediately and took our order as soon as we sat down. They put a rush on it and we got out with 10 minutes to spare! Very friendly staff and the Rockefeller was good. The only thing that bothered me was the other waitress ( who wasn't in our section ) kept trying to push us into staying for dessert but when our waiter finally got through to her that we were in a hurry she backed off. Will definitely go back.

When traveling, we try to find local eateries that are enjoyable and not too far off the beaten path. Big Daddy's was a nice find. The service was friendly and attentive, the restaurant was clean and family-friendly. dough daddies and meatball appetizers were tasty, the marinara had a nice balance, and the pizza was filling. Much better than pizza chains! Worth the stop!

Pizza was good not the best I have had. Price was high but most places are around here. Service was good not great. Dough Daddy's were the best thing we ate. Overall it was ok. Not great but not bad either.

We chose this restaurant because it was close to our hotel. We had the Mama Mia pizza. It was fabulous. The fresh veggies and crisp crust were great!!

We were pleasantly surprised with the pizza and the place. We ordered to carry out, but after we got there, the whole family decided to eat in the dining room. The pizza is better than the reviews indicate. We like the thick crust - my wife called it "homemade" style. It's not overly oily with a great texture. They took care of us, even though we were essentially on a picnic in their dining room. We will be back.

Excellent service and great food. In the arcade section the service person went out of her way to give us extra tokens and tickets for a machine that malfunctioned. It totally made our day and is much better than the service at other similar restaurants whose attitude seems to be "wow, that's too bad" when a game doesn't work. This is our second visit and we'll definitely visit again. Definitely recommend the Bee Sting pizza, and our waitress actually came into the game area to tell us it was ready.

Came here today after exploring Pigeon Forge for a little bit today. We tried the Dough Daddies as an appetizer and they were really good, especially dipped in the marinara sauce provided with them! The pizza was good, crust was what you'd want from a brick oven pizza! The amount of toppings and cheese was fantastic, didn't skimp on them!
(4)
Steve G.
No red wine choices except one blend which tasted horrible. Service was terrible so they didn't ask me for a refill anyways. (Do places not like making money??) Had the wings as an appetizer. Very odd. Not a reddish or orangish sauce, but were more like grilled chicken. Tasted OK but were very tiny. Pizza is just OK. Lots of styles and choices. Thought prices were a little high for $15 for a 10 inch and $20 for a 14. I wouldn't recommend having this places at the top of my list.

Ate here while my vacation. The prices are to high for pizza, but it's a tourist town, so you expect the higher prices. We ordered the Mama Mia, dough daddies(there signature food) and 2 Canollis. The pizza which was priced to high was burnt. The best part was the dough daddies they are basically garlic knots and the dessert. Probably would not eat from here again. Maybe just order dough daddies for take out. I suggest just go to Pizza Hut for pizza, lower price and better crust.

Went here based on reviews. Staff very accomodating and friendly. Ordered the 14" Smokey Mt. Cheesesteak, it was good really like the white sauce, caramelized onions flavor. Love they have Pepsi products. I'd go again to try another pizza, but would also explorer Gatlinberg location.

Good pizza! Good strawberry cannoli! My husband had a grilled chicken salad that he really enjoyed, and our girls and I shared a large Caesar salad that was pretty heavy on the dressing, but otherwise good. The arcade is pretty basic, but will entertain your kids for a while. All in all, a great place!

Our family of 6 stopped by for some good fire wood grilled pizza. My wife and son shared a Mama Mia pizza ($17.00). My daughter in law had a ham and cheese sandwich with tomatoes & mozzarella salad(salad tomatoes cut in half with chunks of mozzarella with an oil dressing) $9.99. I had the Cuban Sandwich (3 thin slices of black forest ham, 1 piece of cheese and about 2 tbls of a ground up BBQ which was the consistency of baby food with thin sliced pickles, all served on 4" square grilled bread $9.99. I also had a House salad $4.99, which was good. My wife and son said the pizza was fair, nothing special. My Cuban was very salty with the so called BBQ more like a spread than the real thing. What took the cake so to speak was about after 5+ minutes after the adults were served, they hadn't brought our two grand children's cheese pizza they shared. The adults were almost finished before it finally arrived. Service was fair. We had to ask for more napkins and drink refills. At least they didn't charge for the children's pizza. Overall, I'd give a 2nd. Never will we return.

The food was pretty good, but it took a long time to get to our table and it took forever to get our appetizer, we got all of our food at the same time. When I told the waitress there was something floating in my drink she didn't seem to care and it took her a long time to get me a new drink. We also waited forever for our check. If they were busier I think it would have been more acceptable for that kind of service. If you want a place to take the kids that has a grown up menu it would be a good choice. They have arcade games. If you do go get the spinach dip.

Food was really good. They're were friendly and extremely helpful. The wings were laughably small but they were delicious! The pizza was perfectly cooked and the portion was exactly what we needed. The arcade was okay but I definitely wouldn't go just for that. I'm glad we took a chance on this one.

The house salad with chicken was great. Our water was very kind and gave great service. I wish they had gluten free pizza. I almost cried when they brought the pizza out and placed it on a rack in front of me for our table. It looked delicious but I couldn't eat it as I need gluten free.

Let's start with the negatives... The waitress was below average (she wasn't horrible.. Just a little slow and there wasn't anyone there) she was very nice though and didn't cost the restaurant and points. The dough bites to all three of us wasn't very good and was a bad idea because they are filling. The cost was rather high ($71 for 3 of us.. We each got our own 10" pizza.. I got one beer and they each got a soda and the bites) The positive.. Nice feel and atmosphere.. And the pizza.. The pizza was excellent.. It was $15 for my 10" Porky Pie and it was worth that. Each of the people I was with agreed that their pizza was excellent as well. I will probably venture back again and would say even with the price you should too.

Ok so I was skeptical when someone recommended this to me ( he prefaced the recommendation with "I'm a pizza hut man myself") but my boyfriend insisted we try. It had an arcade! I was warming up the this place. Woodfire cooked pizza? Yes! The pizza was pretty darn good, toppings were plentiful. The caesar salad had anchovies which we were excited for, but our waitress Jess was nice enough to let us know just in case we had noticed that bit on the menu (good thinking). After dinner, my boyfriend and I played a particularly competitive round of air hockey there, during which he took his keys off to make sure I didn't have some sort of advantage. Sure enough we realize three days later that we had left them there at the restaurant and we're back home 3 hours away. In a panic I call and speak to Lester the morning manager. He actually took the time to make sure that the keys were mailed back to us immediately. Granted I was probably sort of an idiot for giving someone I didn't know my address who had my keys, this all worked out because Lester is awesome and an honest dude. Our waitress Jess also deserves a shoutout for being generally helpful and awesome to tourists like ourselves. Let me recommend the carnivore pizza!

Pizza joints...you can find them everywhere from "the Forge" to Fallujah. You really gotta impress me score higher than 3 stars. If I was a zombie, I'd make peoples faces into a pizza pie. I am a self proclaimed pizzaholic with a major in pizzaology and a minor in pizzagastronomy. Big Daddy's has the steaming faux chimney tourist lure out front that gives the impression they are cooking something in the parking lot....or something. "Mom!!, dad!!...look...a smoking chimney thing in the parking lot....lets eat there!!" FYI, there are no pizzas popping out of the smoking chimney thing...I checked. The choice: Margarita pizza (with an addition of pepperoni by yours truly). Crust: brick oven style (a fave) not greasy. The sauce...watery...oops toppings slide off into your lap watery. Bummer. Oh well, it didn't hit the floor. I ate it. The final eval comes the next day when you eat the left over piece (yea, I always leave one slice to take home so I don't look like such a gluttonous ass) for lunch...ok breakfast, still edible. Shut up. The staff: excessively nice.....par for this town. Our servers name was "Bubbles" and she was....well....bubbly. Bonus: if you're named Bubbles and the pizza joint gig doesn't pan out....you and your name tag will have guaranteed employment at the "Jiggly Room Gentleman's Club" on the other side of town (I should have been a guidance counselor). Noted: the wine glasses (like my wife was issued) come without a stem. This is either a sign of a joint that is trying something different than the norm maybe my wife looks like some patron that got drunk, broke a wine glass and stabbed a customer in the carotid artery with a wine glass stem and they were avoiding future legal troubles. Not sure on that one. Bottom line: Not too bad....I eat it again. I just wished Dolly Parton stamped it with her guarantee like all the really cool shit in this town. Don't park next to the smoking chimney thing. It just looks dangerous.

We just got back from a week at Pigeon Forge and we ate at Big Daddy's twice in that time. The pizza was great and I must recommend the homemade meatball appetizer. It comes in a cast iron skillet type dish and has meatballs covered in cheese but also in marinara and ricotta cheese all baked and ready to eat on toasted focaccia toast pieces. My hubby and I both thought it was great. I also had a chicken alfredo sub on the other visit and would highly recommend. The kids thought the pizza was great - the atmosphere is very friendly and we had wonderful wait staff both times. The manager came around and checked with patrons during each visit and the restaurant is open and you can see the large pizza ovens in the past with an open window to see the cooks. The kids loved the giant arcade in the back. We had a very enjoyable experience and would eat here again if we ever make it back to the "Forge".

DELICIOUS pizza! Great service! The only reason I'm only giving it 4 stars is because I wish they offered bigger pizzas! We ordered 3 pizzas for our group of 8 and could have eaten more (of course, we were ravenous after hiking all day).

Chaz W.
Had a very good pizza from there. I got my daughters some beer and forced them to drink it. They hated it but I wont let that jade this review. I also got the yeast dough balls. They smelled and tasted fabulous. My wife didnt like them and claimed they gave her an infection but she was just being contrary.

The pizza was good, not great. It was really overpriced, but I suppose that's to be expected in this location. Still, $80 for three large (not really large) pizzas, one app, and no drinks is a little much.

Lameka A.
I cannot even give this place no stars because Yelp will not allow it. We ordered 5 pizzas for a total of $100. When our husbands came back with them, we noticed our pizza was burnt at the bottom. Totally disappointed. I did not even bother by calling the manager because I am visiting the area with friends, but I will warn everybody. If you like burnt pizza and having ridiculous bowl movements - eat there by all means.

I wasn't expecting anything special when the cannoli came out but HOLY CANNOLI this was the best cannoli I've ever had I was not expecting that at all from an average pizza place. I got the chocolate and my sister got the strawberry both were delicious! Pizza was average. They had a lot of unusual variety of flavors to offer but the taste ended up being nothing extraordinary. This is a great place to go if you have impatient kids because they have a convenient arcade in the back but don't get too many tokens because they only have 3 games the kids really seem to enjoy. Service was excellent. Our server was very friendly and asked us about where we came from, how our day has been, told us what he recommends, etc.

Aprile M.
Restaurant is nice. Clean and the service is fast. Ordered the dough bites which were a lot larger than we expected. They didn't have much flavor to them and neither did the marinara sauce it came with. We ordered a small margarita pizza. There were tiny melted pieces of cheese on each slice and a slice of tomato over the marinara sauce. It was not good. The arcade is a rip off.

Big Daddy's has very good, delicious pies, particularly, the Bee Sting with honey. Never would have considered this za if not recommended to me. Delish. Beer selection is just ok but doable. Would like to see some IPA's. Wait staff very friendly and responsive

Food wad good pizza was kinda small ordered a 14" That was the large . If you order a specialty pizza they charge you full menu price even if you have 1/2 I had 1/2 cheese and 1/2 cheese steak That is a ripoff If you come here just order a regular pizza better off Service was ok Appetizer came out late and the 1 minute later my pizza shows up Management gives me some kind of excuse about the oven temps. I think you can do better than this place for dinner Such as subway or Wendy's or burger king Arcade is nice for the kids they claim it is 3,000 square feet in size NOT

Heather and the other hostess were so nice. They accommodated a specialty pizza for my husband and I for carry out. We were very impressed with their kindness & their ability to be personable. Heather even offered us water while we waited for our carry out order. All questions regarding the menu were answered promptly and with a pleasant attitude. We are from NH but they made us feel right at home. Please ask for Heather if you are doing takeout. When you see her you will know it is her as she is going to be due for her baby girl in a few months. -Mr. & Mrs. Quinlan

Was told it would be 25 minutes for outside seating even though inside seating was at an hour. Waited 45 minutes and no one there was seated at all. Were told the ovens were backed up but people were walking in and making to go orders and walking out in 30 minutes. Don't waste your time (like an hour) waiting for this.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

The salads & dough daddies were awesome. Did not care for the sauce on our pizza. Our server was extremely busy but made sure she stopped by table frequently.

Pizza should never be soaked in grease. Service was slow. Game room was cool

DELICIOUS pizza! Great service! The only reason I'm only giving it 4 stars is because I wish they offered bigger pizzas! We ordered 3 pizzas for our group of 8 and could have eaten more (of course, we were ravenous after hiking all day).

Had a very good pizza from there. I got my daughters some beer and forced them to drink it. They hated it but I wont let that jade this review. I also got the yeast dough balls. They smelled and tasted fabulous. My wife didnt like them and claimed they gave her an infection but she was just being contrary.

Had Momma Mia pizza...good, tasty. Not smoky like wood grilled though. Artichoke spinach dip very good. Fast service.

The pizza was good, not great. It was really overpriced, but I suppose that's to be expected in this location. Still, $80 for three large (not really large) pizzas, one app, and no drinks is a little much.

This pizza was excellent, a little pricey but excellent! The garlic knots are the bomb, and it was clean and super friendly staff!! A must next time I am in town!
